Holidays include New Year’s Week, Martin Luther King Weekend, President’s Day Weekend, Valentine’s Day/Weekend, Easter Weekend, Memorial Day Weekend, 3rd, 4th and 5th of July, Labor Day Weekend, Columbus Day Weekend, Thanksgiving and the following Weekend including the First Day of Hunting Season, Christmas Week.

Check In/Out:
Farmhouse:
Check in anytime after 4:00 PM and Check Out before Noon. Our farmhouse guests are treated to homemade cookies and a seasonal drink upon their arrival.
Lake House:
Check In anytime after 3:00 PM and Check Out before 11:00 AM. If we know your estimated arrival time, we'll have a warm fire waiting for you.
We can be flexible about the check out time if we don't have another guest coming on the day you are leaving.
Reservations:
Half payment must be made in order to secure your reservation. Balance (plus security deposit at the lake house) is due two weeks prior to your arrival. We accept check by mail or credit card by phone. If payment is made by check, reservation is secured when check is received. You will be notified of receipt.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made up to 30 days before your reservation. If reservation is cancelled before 30 days, your half payment will be refunded. If you made payment with a credit card, a $25 processing fee will be held. If cancellation is made less than 30 days prior to your reservation, we reserve the right to hold your initial half payment. Any cancellation made within the two weeks prior to the reservation date, forfeits the entire payment. Unless… we are able to reserve your space to another guest. In this case, we will refund your payment with the exception of the $25 credit card processing fee.
Cancellations must be made by phone and confirmed by a live person. Cancellations by email or fax will not be honored. Cancellations due to inclement weather will be subject to standard cancellation policy. Early checkout is subject to cancellation fees.
Security Deposit and Responsibilities:
Lake House:
All guests are required to sign a Rental Agreement and Rules & Regulations Document. A $250 security deposit is also required. If all is well when you leave, your security deposit will be refunded. The cost of any damages will be deducted from the security deposit. Excess will be billed or charged to your credit card.
Farmhouse:
Any damages or policy violations will be subject to additional fees charged to the securing credit card.
All guests assume responsibility for personal belongings.
Guest use of our facility is at your own risk.
Well supervised children are welcome.
Smoking and Pets:
For the comfort of all of our guests, we are a smoke-free and pet-free environment.
